At Star Ranch Dental, we offer a variety of financing and payment options, in addition to insurance, to ensure you can take care of your dental health how you want to, with as little financial restriction as possible.

Dental Insurance Plans

We proudly accept and are an in-network provider with the following PPO insurance plans:

Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of your dental care.  Most plans include co-insurance provisions, a deductible, and certain other expenses which must be paid by the patient at the time of service.  Reimbursement amounts are not, and never have been, a guideline for quality care. We file insurance claims electronically for all of our patients.  Please provide your insurance plan information when scheduling your first visit.  We will work with you to ensure that your receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled.

Dental Payment Options

All payments are expected in full at the time of your service.  If you have insurance, you will only pay the estimated portion of your services for which you are responsible at that time.  If you are an existing patient and do not anticipate being able to cover your entire estimated portion at that visit, you may be able to pay a portion of your responsibility not covered by your insurance plan if you make arrangements with our team in advance.  We will always make our best effort to ensure you receive the services you need! For that portion of costs not covered by insurance, we offer a variety of payment options including:

  • Lending Club Patient Solutions (previously Springstone)

Financial Policy

When an appointment is scheduled in our office, we reserve the necessary amount of time for that person.  We do not double and triple book people into the same time period.  This allows us to stay on schedule and on time for you. If you need to change an appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice so we can accommodate all of our patients.  We reserve the right to charge a broken appointment fee of $50 per hour for each appointment canceled without this notice.  We know you will understand if the need arises to implement this policy. When an appointment exceeds $500 we reserve the right to collect 20% (not to be lower than $50) of the amount due. We thank you for your confidence in choosing us to care for your dental wants and needs, and we appreciate your understanding in our policies.
