At Star Ranch Dental, we offer a variety of financing and payment options, in addition to insurance, to ensure you can get the general dental services, cosmetic dental work, periodontal therapy, or any other dental service you need.  Please read below to see our insurance and financing policies.

Dental Insurance Plans

At Star Ranch Dental, we proudly accept the following PPO insurance plans:

Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of your dental care.  Most plans include co-insurance provisions, a deductible, and certain other expenses which must be paid by the patient at the time of service.  Reimbursement amounts are not, and never have been, a guideline for quality care.

At Star Ranch Dental, we file insurance claims electronically for all patients.  Please bring your insurance plan information with you on your first visit.  We will work with you to ensure that your receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled.

Dental Payment Options

All payments are expected in full at the time of your service.  If you have insurance, you will only pay the estimated portion of your services for which you are responsible at that time.  If you are an existing patient and do not anticipate being able to cover your entire estimated portion at that visit, you may be able to pay a portion of your responsibility not covered by your insurance plan if you make arrangements with Star Ranch Dental in advance.  We will always make our best effort to ensure you receive the dental services you deserve!

For that portion of costs not covered by insurance, we offer a variety of payment options including:

Dental Financing

In order to make achieving your dream of a perfect smile a reality, Star Ranch Dental accepts dental financing, including CareCredit Card and Chase Health Advance.

CareCredit Card

CareCredit offers 3, 6, and 12 month interest-free payment plans, and extended financing up to 48 months.  You can apply in our office or online by clicking here.

Chase Health Advance

Chase offers practical and affordable health financing for your dental needs. Chase offers no interest and payment plans to make it easy to get the smile you deserve! Apply online here.

Financial Policy

When an appointment is scheduled in our office, we reserve the necessary amount of time for that person.  We do not double and triple book people into the same time period.  This allows us to stay on schedule and on time for you.

If you need to change an appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice.  We reserve the right to charge a broken appointment fee of $50 for each appointment canceled without this notice.  We know you will understand if the need arises to implement this policy.

When an appointment exceeds $500 we reserve the right to collect 20% (not to be lower than $50) of the amount due.  In case of a missed or canceled (short notice) appointment we also reserve the right to charge $50 per hour.
